Storybird

      Seesaw for School supports translation, allowing it to be used by ESL students and families who speak multiple languages. If the device language settings are different from the original message, for example, then the device will translate so the student receives the content in the language they're working with.

     Storybird is a digital platform that allows students to tell stories using words and images. A huge library of imagery means once the words are entered, it's easy to pair up a suitable image to create a visually engaging story, or be inspired by images first.

      Storybird has a huge library of these created stories, as it works a bit like a social media platform. As such, children can use this simply to do their reading, on any device, thanks to an easy-to-use Chrome app.

     Students can create picture books, long-form stories, or poetry. The ability to read and share stories is free but the creation part is for the paid users, but more on that below.

     There are three steps to get started on Storybird. These are;
1. Choose an illustration
2. Write your story
3. Publish your book

    This app makes the writing process easy and clear. With lots of options you know how to start.
